About The Position
We're looking for a dependable Punch-Out Technician to complete final drywall repairs and corrections before homes are ready for paint or builder turnover. You enjoy solving problems and delivering seamless finished products.
Requirements
- Previous drywall finishing experience
- Ability to match existing textures and finishes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite
Responsibilities
- Repair drywall damage, cracks, nail pops, and other punch items
- Tape, mud, sand, and texture repairs to match existing finishes
- Complete final walkthrough repairs identified by builders
- Maintain productivity while ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all company safety procedures
