About The Position

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to assist with residential home completion, site maintenance, and general construction labor. This role is responsible for helping deliver clean, complete, and move-in-ready homes while maintaining safety and quality standards on all job sites.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Complete final punch-out work on homes before buyer delivery
Ensure homes are clean, complete, and ready for occupancy
Support “Zero Defect” quality standards
Complete Quality Assurance Checklists
Maintain excellent customer service with homeowners, contractors, suppliers, and coworkers
Support company goals focused on customer satisfaction and referrals
Excavation, demolition, and general labor
Loading, unloading, and delivering materials using company vehicles
Setting up ladders, scaffolding, and workstations
Assisting with carpentry and punch-list tasks
Tool maintenance and support for trade contractors
Installing and removing temporary railings and sidewalks
Snow removal, de-icing, and winter site preparation
Protecting construction materials from weather damage
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Dispose of debris in designated dumpsters
Perform interior and exterior cleanup daily
Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
Maintain model homes in clean condition
Report hazards, damage, or job-site concerns immediately
Follow all company systems and procedures
Comply with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies
Follow erosion control standards and safety marking procedures
Maintain a clean driving record
Understand and follow the company Tool Policy
