About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Foreman to lead successful projects requiring the set up and tear down labor for Pump & Power equipment. This includes bypass pumping, special events requiring generators, power distribution, A/C, and heat, and water restoration projects and disaster response. Requirements

• Basic Equipment knowledge and troubleshooting – pumps, generators, power distribution, a/c, heater, and shoring
• Strong Mechanical background preferably in a similar industry
• Strong leadership skills with a history of previous success
• Construction background
• Excellent time management skills
• Basic equipment operating skills – forklift, skid loader, etc.
• Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis
• The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.

Nice To Haves

• Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivating and coaching team members during the project
• Creating a project plan and executing with team members
• Assigning tasks to crew members to successfully accomplish daily goals
• Communicating with the customer and internal resources
• Creating project timelines accurately
• Maintaining tools and necessary supplies to successfully complete projects
• Documenting projects through daily notes, labor logs, progress reports, and all other necessary documentation
• Assisting with cleanliness of shop and yard when not assigned a project
• Assisting with deliveries, pick-ups, and everyday business when not assigned a project
