About The Position

This role involves the repair and rebuilding of various pumps, motors, and rotating assemblies. The work is primarily performed at our repair facility, serving the water and wastewater industry. The position requires maintaining tools and equipment and operating hand and power tools and shop equipment. A complete machine shop and an extensive fleet of service trucks are available.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years related experience with pumps and motors in the field service or shop repair/rebuild areas.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards; ability to operate forklifts, aerial work platforms and other equipment.
• Knowledge of pumps, motor controls and basic electricity.
• Excellent attitude and customer orientation.
• Must be insurable to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in all phases of pump and motor disassembly, diagnosis, repair, reassembly, and testing are ideal.
