About The Position

Bassett Healthcare Network, in central New York, is seeking a BC/BE physician to join its existing group of Pulmonologists/Sleep Physicians. This role entails inpatient pulmonary consultations, outpatient clinic, pulmonary procedures and interpretation of sleep studies. It also includes resident and medical student supervision and teaching, weekly multidisciplinary clinic-radiologic conferences, and collaboration with various specialists for procedures and therapies. The physician will practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region and serve as a teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Requirements

• MD, DO or MBBS
• BC/BE
• Completion of an accredited USA Pulmonology residency program
• NYS Licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS Certification Required
• DEA Required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Bronchoscopy with EBUS
• Experience with Point of care Ultrasound

Responsibilities
