This role involves overseeing chronic respiratory diseases and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• IM residency
• NY medical license
• DEA
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonology

Nice To Haves

• Pulmonology fellowship preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide pulmonary consultative care to SNF/LTC residents.
• Oversee chronic respiratory diseases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage COPD, asthma, sleep apnea, and chronic respiratory failure.
• Oversee oxygen therapy and inhaled medications.
• Supervise NPs.
