About The Position

As our Pulmonary Critical Care Physician, you will join our growing practice at St. Joseph Medical Group in Bryan-College Station, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the continued success and development of our practice. Every day you will provide high quality inpatient and outpatient care for patients with a variety of complex pulmonary conditions and critical illness. To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Pulmonary Critical Physician with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality comprehensive care within a busy community-focused practice. Work alongside 4 full-time and 1 PRN physicians, supported by 4 full-time and 1 PRN APPs. Experience a variety of practice settings with rotational coverage of the ICU, hospital, and clinic. Share call responsibilities with a 1:5 rotation, covering two hospitals. Treat a wide spectrum of pulmonary diseases, from asthma and COPD to lung cancer and interstitial lung disease. Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care
  • Active or eligible license in the state of Texas, or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Completion of ACGME Residency and Fellowship
  • American Board Certification and active BLS

Responsibilities
