SHI International Corp. is seeking a passionate and experienced Field Account Manager for a Public Sector Field sales overlay position. This role involves building and preserving trusted relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact between customers and SHI. The Field Account Manager will collaborate with the Account Executive team to optimize opportunities presented by contract vehicles, manage transactional business, extend the partner network, and serve as a subject matter expert on contract terms and conditions. They will also coordinate with partners and internal teams to meet client expectations and provide temporary coverage during Account Executive transitions or absences. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of SHI’s business and offerings, implement strategic plans to grow accounts, and identify new opportunities. This position reports to the Customer Engagement Manager of the Public Sector Field role within the Public Sector Sales department.
