About The Position

Our Daily Bread Ministries is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Publishing and Program Coordinator to support publishing operations and advance key ministry initiatives. This role provides administrative and project coordination support for the Publishing Department while helping drive the success of the Nurturing Young Disciples Initiative (NYDI), a three-year Lilly Endowment-funded program.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in communications, business administration, ministry, or a related field.
  • Three year's experience in project coordination, publishing operations, office management, or related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in various computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating projects, events, programs, or administrative operations within a Church environment is strongly preferred.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support Publishing leadership through coordination of meetings, travel, and departmental activities.
  • Manage author relationships and communications for Our Daily Bread Publishing (ODBP) and Our Daily Bread Ministries (ODBM).
  • Gather, analyze, and summarize reports, meeting notes, and other information to support leadership initiatives.
  • Coordinate staff development opportunities, training events, conferences, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Serve as a communication liaison between global publishing teams and key ministry partners.
  • Manage administrative operations for Publishing teams, including office resources, systems requests, and library management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for NYDI partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person events, including workshops, training sessions, and community gatherings.
  • Manage event logistics, registration, technical support, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain and organize NYDI resources and materials to ensure accessibility and program effectiveness.
