Requirements

  • Avid gamer with deep hands-on experience in mainstream FPS titles and strong familiarity with the North American gaming market across a wide range of genres.
  • Strong local user insight with the ability to distill player observations and work with the product team to drive implementation.
  • Ability to quickly identify and report outstanding designs from competitors, along with corresponding player feedback and data trends.
  • Excellent cross-team/cross-department communication and coordination skills, a fast learner with strong adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Propose event formats and monetization strategies tailored to North American user preferences and local player habits.
  • Participate in local user research, effectively synthesize local player feedback, and contribute to game feature improvements.
  • Recommend UGC gameplay modes to boost user engagement, continuously track trending gameplay in the market, and drive UGC content creation and innovation.
