About The Position
AMW is seeking dedicated, proactive, organized, bright, and energetic interns for our agency. The ideal candidate will be someone who is willing to learn, is an articulate writer, comfortable with communication, highly organized, and timely.

Responsibilities
- Researching targeted media pools for Clients
- Daily Pitching to targeted media
- Grow a major media base by reaching out via phone/email
- Phone call & email follow-ups for targeted media pitches
- Researching targeted media outlets who accept press releases
- Submitting press releases manually to targeted media outlets
- Scheduling interview and media opps
- Gathering press clippings/screenshots of client’s media placements
- Help to manage active campaigns
- Help to improve project flow and increase efficiency with new ideas
- Write blogs on interesting topics
- Write press releases for client projects
- Other copywriting tasks as assigned
- Develop social media content schedules and strategies
- Management of social media accounts when needed
- Listen to client concerns, troubleshoot and find solutions to campaign issues
- Participate in phone conferences and in-person meetings with prospective or current clients
- Assist with proposal and strategy development
- Attend frequent Zoom meetings
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
