To oversee the cleaning and maintaining of public areas including restrooms, food and beverage outlets, the spa, associate break areas, hallways, lobbies, offices, outlying properties such as but not limited too Top of the Rock, Buffalo Ridge and other guest areas. This role involves overseeing a team responsible for maintaining these areas according to the housekeeping manual and/or as directed by the Housekeeping Manager. The position requires responding to guest requests in a timely manner, maintaining awareness of safety procedures, and being knowledgeable about cleaning products and their proper uses. The Public Space Lead will also be responsible for making the schedule and working closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure public space areas are maintained.
