JOB PURPOSE: Use your energy and drive to help ensure a clean and comfortable restaurant for our guests. Responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the restaurants.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Pleasant and accommodating personality with continuous and outgoing demeanor.
  • Communicate with management regarding guest questions and/or comments.
  • Be able to maintain a positive attitude towards each guest and fellow team members and management.
  • Promote and participate in a strong team effort.
  • Ability to initiate communication effectively with staff and guests.
  • Cleaning experience required.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle and feel, and reach and clean with hands and arms.
  • Frequently required to bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and reach overhead.
  • Walking through the dining room on carpeted and hard wood flooring.
  • Moderate to heavy lifting is required. (up to 50 pounds)

Nice To Haves

  • Light maintenance experience a plus (i.e., changing lightbulbs)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the restaurant is “guest ready” in all public areas including supplies being stocked, areas organized, tidy, safe and hygienic.
  • Demonstrates sanitation practices regularly and consistently.
  • Maintain the appearance of the exterior of the building, possibly including landscaping, snow removal, signage, tables and chairs, as well as garbage receptacles as directed.
  • Maintain the interior of the building, including all floors, walls, light fixtures, signage, waste receptacles, and tables & chairs.
  • Follows all company safety guidelines at all times and looks out for the safety of our customers, vendors and other team members communicating accordingly.
  • Dresses according to Uniform policy, including following personal hygiene guidelines.
  • Demonstrates Teamwork by helping others when they need it without having to be asked, coaches and supports other team members.
  • Assist other team members and management as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Present professional demeanor in attire, language and attitude.
  • All Other Duties as Assigned
