This position provides quality customer service primarily involving license and document management and related office duties. The Public Service Representative is responsible for performing a wide variety of customer service duties in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner, including cash receipting, processing of documents, data retrieval and entry, and other general office duties. The primary responsibilities for this position will be performed indoors. Occasionally operates drive thru window station. Will have minimal exposure to health hazards and accidents; requires a low to moderate level of physical effort. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Office Services Supervisor. This position has a normal work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; may include some evening and weekend hours.
