About The Position
This is the Region Manager position for the Northern Maine Region. The Region Manager leads the Maintenance and Operations functions of Fleet, Bridge, Traffic, and Highway in the region; coordinates maintenance work with capital projects; responsible for budget and personnel; serves as lead representative with municipal leaders and the public; involved with transportation planning; implements department policies and initiatives in support of agency goals and objectives; ensures the management and direction of daily administration of region activities.

- Progressive experience in managing programs and leading people.
Responsibilities
- Leads the Maintenance and Operations functions of Fleet, Bridge, Traffic, and Highway in the region.
- Coordinates maintenance work with capital projects.
- Responsible for budget and personnel.
- Serves as lead representative with municipal leaders and the public.
- Involved with transportation planning.
- Implements department policies and initiatives in support of agency goals and objectives.
- Ensures the management and direction of daily administration of region activities.
