About The Position

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Public Service Designer on behalf of one of our partner companies. You connect user evidence, service realities and product constraints to create experiences that are clear, inclusive and valuable. The partner is strengthening its capability in end-to-end public services that work across digital and human channels. You will take responsibility for work that connects service blueprints, field research and co-design, while ensuring that policy constraints and prototyping receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate. The design function values evidence, critique and close collaboration. Success means making complexity understandable and enabling better choices.

Requirements

• Relevant experience delivering end-to-end public services that work across digital and human channels in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of service blueprints and field research.
• Practical experience applying co-design and policy constraints.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving prototyping.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

Nice To Haves

• Experience from government, healthcare or civic services.
• Exposure to outcome measurement in a cross-functional environment.
• Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
