In this role, you will serve as the primary personnel liaison and timekeeper for the Bureau of Property Management, a Bureau that includes over 200+ staff members that manage State owned and leased properties throughout the State. You will also help coordinate sensitive information and ensure that all confidential materials are handled with consistency, quality, and timeliness. Qualified candidates must possess the equivalent of four years of college and at least three years professional experience in Human Resouruces The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, effective analytical and problem solving capabilities, at least two years of professional human resources experience, and experience gathering data, preparing reports, and supporting smooth office operations.
