About The Position

Peregrine is seeking a Public Sector Compliance Manager to manage the company's public sector compliance function as it grows in the U.S. market. This is a critical, highly cross-functional role for a detail-oriented operator who understands how compliance programs work in practice. The successful candidate will be the company's owner for Peregrine’s public sector contractor obligations, building and running the systems, processes, and relationships that ensure compliance with government contractor requirements. Success requires exceptional organizational discipline and project management skills, as well as the ability to coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams, including Legal, People Operations, Finance, Contracts, and GRC.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in public sector compliance, contract administration, or a closely related field
  • Deep working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFARS, including representations and certifications, mandatory disclosure rules, and clause flow-down requirements
  • Hands-on experience with SAM.gov registration and maintenance, CAGE codes, and entity validation processes
  • Experience managing facility clearances (FCL) and/or personnel security clearances in a government contractor environment; familiarity with DCSA/DSS processes preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build and operate compliance tracking systems and comfort owning a compliance calendar, managing obligation logs, and driving cross-functional accountability without being the most senior person in the room
  • Experience administering ethics and compliance programs, including hotline intake, training programs, and COI processes
  • Excellent project management skills with a high degree of ownership; you can manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different stakeholder groups without dropping the ball
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional stakeholders
  • A natural collaborator who builds trusted relationships across Legal, People Ops, Finance, GRC, and Contracts; your ability to work cross-functionally is central to your success in this role
