About The Position

Under the direction of the Manager, Security Operations, the Public Safety & Transportation Coordinator assists in overseeing contracted subordinate Security Services personnel and managing work to safeguard The Fields at RFK Campus/Festival Grounds (“RFK Campus”)/DC Armory customers, the public, employees, facilities and supplies.
Incumbent is responsible for assisting with ensuring RFK Campus/DC Armory venues are properly staffed continuously and that subordinate Security Services, Parking, Medical, and Transportation personnel are knowledgeable of RFK Campus/DC Armory building rules and regulations.
Delegates patrols and post assignments. The incumbent must also be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
