These positions involve working an average of 42 hours per week in the Emergency Communications Center (ECC). The role includes receiving and processing emergency and non-emergency calls from the public, determining call urgency, and maintaining a professional demeanor. Successful applicants will be required to participate in scheduled, on-shift training to maintain knowledge and skills. A night-time differential is paid to employees working night shifts. Hiring salary will be commensurate with experience.
