We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and proactive Public Safety Loss Prevention Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Loss Prevention Department. In this leadership role, you will oversee and guide the Loss Prevention team while helping ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for guests and team members. The Public Safety Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for maintaining department safety standards, enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency. This position requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively respond to incidents, monitor loss prevention activities, and support the development of team members in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Experience in security operations and investigations.
Strong understanding of compliance standards and local/state regulations.
A valid and current driver's license is required
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, Holidays, and special events.
Successfully complete Park Driver Training Program.

Nice To Haves

Valid Texas Level 2 Security License is preferred.
Familiarity with investigative interviewing techniques such as Wicklander-Zulawski methodology preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of Loss Prevention
Ensure compliance with corporate security/Loss Prevention protocols and applicable state/local laws.
Assist and oversee investigative functions including external theft, compliance audits, and internal misconduct.
Conduct and ensure completion of all department-required training, including orientation and ongoing proficiency for team members.
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor oversight to support operational needs.
Lead daily briefings, review incident reports, and support disciplinary actions including hiring, terminations, and guest ejections.
Coordinate fire and alarm system inspections and vendor maintenance.
Implement anti-terrorism measures and employee access control procedures.
Serve as Acting Manager On-Duty when scheduled.
Maintain required certifications including a valid driver’s license.
May perform other duties beyond scope of above as necessary to support the park as a whole
