About The Position

Saint Clare's Health is seeking a Public Safety Officer to provide security services across its healthcare facilities. The role includes electronic surveillance and systematic manual security rounds, coordinating facility responses to potential problems involving patients, employees, and visitors, and enforcing policies and procedures equitably. The officer uses established guidelines and continuous monitoring techniques to help maintain a safe workplace and environment of care. The position also works with the Environment of Care committee, participates in employee awareness and education, and drives for company business as needed.

Requirements

• State Guard Certification Registration Card.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State driver's license upon hire, if required by the facility.
• Current DMV H6 report or driving history report, if required by the facility.

Responsibilities
