About The Position

Saint Clare's Health is seeking a Public Safety Officer to help provide a safe environment for patients, employees, and visitors. The role performs security services, including electronic surveillance and systematic manual security rounds, and coordinates facility responses to potential problems. The officer enforces policies and procedures equitably, follows monitoring guidelines, collaborates with the Environment of Care committee, and participates in employee awareness and education. Driving for company business may be required. This is a full-time evening position, scheduled from 4:00 PM to midnight. Saint Clare's Health offers an estimated compensation range of $17.00 to $23.74 per hour. Starting compensation is determined based on factors including skills, applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
State Guard Certification Registration Card.
State driver's license upon hire.
Current DMV H6 report or Driving History Report, if required by the facility.

Experience in healthcare security or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
