This position is responsible for conducting and ensuring the completion of background investigations for public safety positions. Overview of Job Duties: Work independently to conduct all investigations for public safety applicants and review candidate files, conduct face-to-face and phone interviews with the candidate, employers, family, friends, and neighbors, and perform file reviews at police agencies and employers. Write clear & concise final reports, and ensure all reports are compliant with all federal, and state consumer reporting law compliance matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management. Travel is required.
