About The Position

We're hiring Public Relations & Communications Assistants to support live campaigns, community events, public outreach initiatives, and face-to-face engagement programs. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, representing organizations, and working in a fast-paced team environment. No previous public relations, communications, marketing, or event experience is required. Paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development are provided. Responsibilities

• Represent organizations, campaigns, and community initiatives at live events and public locations
• Communicate directly with customers, community members, and event attendees
• Provide clear and accurate information about campaigns, programs, services, and initiatives
• Answer questions and help members of the public understand available information
• Support public outreach and community engagement activities
• Assist with event booths, presentations, registrations, informational displays, and promotional activities
• Build positive relationships through professional face-to-face communication
• Help create a welcoming and informative experience for event attendees
• Participate in community events and public awareness campaigns
• Work with team members to support daily communication and engagement goals
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
