- Represent Lumina Agency INC and its clients in a professional and positive manner.
- Assist with public relations, outreach, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and community members.
- Communicate key information clearly and professionally.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional and public-facing activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and organizational goals.
- Assist with client communications and relationship management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current client initiatives and objectives.
- Provide feedback and observations to help improve outreach strategies.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development activities.
