Requirements

  • One year as a Public Health Program Associate 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • A bachelor's degree and one year of professional experience in the development, analysis, or monitoring of programs, grants, or contracts in health, human services, social or behavioral services, health care services, or health insurance; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage transportation grant agreements, review invoices, track applications, and assist providers with program processes
  • Monitor eligibility, review invoices, maintain records, and help evaluate program procedures for improvement
  • Respond to cardholder and provider inquiries by using available systems and making informed decisions
  • Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and support nomination processes for advisory committee members
  • Develop tracking systems, prepare official letters and reports, and support planning activities
  • Maintain confidentiality, stay informed on chronic renal disease issues, and assist with emergency response tasks
