The Tuberculosis (TB) Program is seeking to fill one full-time Public Health Nurse position. The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as a clinic triage nurse and provide care coordination, patient education, follow-up, and case management services for individuals with latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI). The PHN may also provide case management for patients with active tuberculosis disease based on program needs. This position works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care and treatment completion and provides TB education and outreach to community members, healthcare providers, and community partners.
