The Public Health Nurse Supervisor is responsible for providing direction and leadership to staff in delivering programmatic services. This role oversees assigned programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and funder requirements, and is involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of public health programs. The supervisor will also be responsible for grant writing, budget management, staff performance management, and collaborating with internal and external partners. A key focus area is the Family Connects Program, where the supervisor will handle troubleshooting, assignments, hiring, training, onboarding, and leading QA/QI activities. The position also involves community outreach and education, and representing the agency on state/national committees. The role may require operating agency-owned vehicles and performing other assigned duties.
