Manages a comprehensive district nursing program, typically through supervision of Registered Nurse Managers I. Responsibilities include developing external funding sources; managing FTEs, and budget; developing private and public partnerships; and developing and implementing long term staff development plans. Recruits staff, procures and administers grants, conducts community needs assessment, allocates resources, monitors quality assurance of service delivery, and serves as district management team member.
