Forsyth County Department of Public Health is searching for a Public Health Nurse II to join the team. The Public Health Clinic Nurse position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community by providing essential reproductive and preventive health services within the Family Planning Clinic while also supporting other public health clinic programs as needed. Responsibilities include patient assessment, health education and counseling, medication and vaccine administration, family planning services, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment support, documentation, and coordination of care.
