As a member of the Public Records team, you will perform complex, specialized, and technical eDiscovery work in support of the County’s eDiscovery and records management processes. Due to the nature of this work, you’ll collaborate frequently with IT and other teams. You will research, analyze, and locate digital and hard-copy records in response to public records requests, including conducting defensible searches of electronically stored information (ESI) related to public records requests and litigation holds. Your work will play an important role in supporting public transparency and helping the community understand the work Pierce County does. The Finance & Enterprise Services Department delivers enterprise-wide services that support every County department and many external partners, ensuring Pierce County operates effectively, efficiently, and with strong public stewardship. Finance & Enterprise Services staff provide a broad portfolio of high-impact, countywide services, including budgeting and performance management, fiscal services, procurement and contracting, information technology, general services, fleet services, and risk management.
