About The Position

As the Public Area Attendant Supervisor, you will energize and guide the team that keeps every corner of the resort looking its best, from restrooms and common areas to offices, meeting spaces, and sales centers. You lead by example and inspire high standards while making sure every guest will walk into a space that feels fresh! Requirements

  • 1+ years of supervisory or management experience, leading teams in housekeeping or facilities cleaning.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Must be able to use mobile devices.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate housekeeping team members, including staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and monitoring performance to ensure adherence to service and productivity standards and total guest satisfaction.
  • Assign duties and review work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Complete assigned projects monthly and track progress.
  • Supervise daily and weekly labor and manage departmental expenses.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and employees, both verbally and in writing, providing clear direction and guidance to staff.
  • Organize, conduct, or attend meetings to share and receive pertinent information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership team.
