Public Area Heavy Duty Porter
About The Position
The Public Areas Department Heavy Duty Porter is responsible for the deep cleaning, sanitation and property presentation of all Public Areas including but not limited to the parking facilities, back offices, halls and elevators. Cleans high maintenance items at various times throughout shift and typically when the building closes, maintains all aspects of flooring which may include; waxed floors, non-waxed floors, hardwood, carpet, marble, granite, tile, grout, baseboard, etc., maintains all aspects of upholstery which may include; multiple types of furniture, maintain all aspects of high dusting which may include; ladders and/or lift machines to dust multiple light fixtures, walls, pictures, glass, signage, décor, etc., and performs assigned tasks in a timely manner including all heavy and high cleaning assignments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1-year experience in corporate housekeeping or a related field.
