About The Position
As a Public Area Cleaner, you help create guest experiences that are enjoyable and comfortable. This role is high energy and anything but dull, with daily tasks that keep you busy. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of public areas within the hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements
- At least one month of related experience.
- Passion for customer service.
- Ability to work with others seamlessly.
- Ability to collaborate within a diverse team dynamic.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors.
- Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doors.
- Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.
- Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
