About The Position

This role is responsible for keeping public areas and restrooms clean, neat, and well-supplied. The Public Area Attendant will ensure all public spaces are maintained to a high standard, responding to guest needs and inquiries. The position requires working harmoniously with colleagues and adhering to company standards.

Requirements

Ability to keep public areas neat, vacuumed, and dusted.
Ability to ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors are clean and mark-free.
Ability to remove all trash from areas.
Ability to periodically check Lobby Restrooms and ensure all surfaces are clean.
Ability to restock all supplies including toilet paper, soap, and hand towels.
Ability to respond to guest requests and inquiries.
Ability to answer guest questions and direct them to desired areas.
Ability to comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

Keeps all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted.
Ensures mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors are clean and mark-free.
Removes all trash from areas.
Periodically checks Lobby Restrooms, ensuring all surfaces are clean.
Restocks all restroom supplies including toilet paper, soap, and hand towels.
Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
Answers guest questions and directs them to desired areas.
Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
