This role involves cleaning public and employee restrooms and showers, cleaning glass in public and employee areas, and cleaning floor surfaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. The attendant will also dust surfaces, empty trash containers, inspect furniture for damage, and clean and maintain lights. They will post caution signs when necessary, contact other departments for urgent repairs, and respond promptly to guest and department requests. Additionally, the role requires identifying and reporting maintenance issues, following all company and safety policies, completing safety training, and properly storing flammable materials. The attendant must maintain a clean and professional appearance, ensure confidentiality, and welcome guests according to company standards. This includes anticipating and addressing guest needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking guests with appreciation. Communication should be clear and professional, with a focus on supporting team goals and adhering to quality standards. Physical requirements include moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects, pushing and pulling machinery, reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, visually inspecting equipment, grasping and manipulating objects, moving through confined spaces, moving on a ladder, and standing, sitting, kneeling, or walking for extended periods. Other reasonable job duties may be requested by supervisors.
