Public Area Attendant
About The Position
The PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT maintains the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas and back-of-house facilities for ISLAND VIEW CASINO & RESORT. The Attendant performs custodial functions that also include heavy cleaning, in accordance with management directives. They may also provide customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues and ensure the highest degree of excellence in the standards of cleanliness, comfort and safety in all areas. Must set the example for delivering exceptional service to our internal and external guest. To abide by all policies, procedures, and guidelines in place.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous custodial experience preferred.
