About The Position

Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and sanitize public restrooms, including replenishing supplies. Vacuum and mop floors in lobbies, corridors, and other public areas. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items. Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors. Empty trash bins and replace liners. Clean and maintain elevators and stairways. 2. Guest Service: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Report any guest complaints or issues to the supervisor. 3. Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 4. Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies. Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other areas as needed. Notify the supervisor of any supply shortages. 5. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Working Conditions: The position requires standing, walking, and moving for extended periods. Exposure to cleaning chemicals and various cleaning equipment. Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent guest interaction.

Requirements
