About The Position

Join the Wedgewood Weddings Team as a Pub & Grille Server. Are you a customer service professional with a sharp attention to detail and a passion for hospitality? Wedgewood Weddings is looking for enthusiastic Pub & Grille Servers to provide outstanding service in our pub, concession areas, and occasionally on the beverage cart. Requirements

Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or restaurants is a must.
Service-Oriented: Passionate about providing exceptional guest service.
Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of safe food and beverage handling practices.
Customer Service Pro: Strong skills in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver Top-Notch Service: Make sure every guest feels welcome and has an unforgettable experience.
Engage with Guests: Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure timely and accurate service in our golf course restaurant, pub, and concession areas.
Serve Up Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages with skill and a smile.
Manage Transactions: Accurately process payments and balance cash throughout your shift.
Keep Us Stocked: Restock supplies and ensure everything is running smoothly.
Opening & Closing Duties: Assist with setup and cleanup to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support in the Kitchen: Help with food preparation using the deep fryer and grill when needed.
Beverage Cart Service: Occasionally provide on-the-go refreshments to guests while they enjoy the course.
