Requirements

PRN Hours Schedule: requires flexible scheduling
Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
Assist with meal preparation, food production, and daily kitchen operations.
Ensure all food is prepared and served in accordance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, workstations, and food storage areas.
Assist with inventory management, stocking, and proper food rotation procedures.
Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional dining experience.
Contribute creative ideas for menu offerings, specials, and seasonal items.
Follow all safety, infection control, and workplace policies and procedures.
Provide friendly and professional service while promoting a positive dining atmosphere.
