The Publix Technology Services (PTS) position will provide IT technical support for corporate locations in the Orlando, FL area to primarily include installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of IT hardware in corporate support locations. Your Impact Perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of IT hardware including: Desktop computers Servers Laser and thermal printers Point of sale systems Barcode scanners Weighing devices Networking systems Support Publix corporate locations through on-site visits Travel between locations to perform technical tasks Work a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional night and weekend work, as needed Augment support in other geographic areas when required #LI-JB1
