The Publix Technology Services (PTS) Support Technician position will provide IT technical support for the Port Charlotte, FL area to primarily include installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of IT hardware in Publix retail stores. Our service teams largely work a shift of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, five days a week. This position is also responsible for rotating after-hours on-call coverage, rotating weekend coverage, and holidays as needed.
