The purpose of the Publix Technology Services Supervisor position is to provide leadership and direction to the Publix Technology Corporate Support Team for installation and maintenance of IT hardware and software in the Publix corporate and manufacturing environments in compliance with the Publix Strategy Map. This position is also responsible for associate development while managing the team’s performance to the customer service level expectation and related maintenance expenses. Process and procedural improvements are a continual expectation. The areas covered involve all Publix corporate locations and distribution centers.
