About The Position
Hiring for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for home health services in Indianapolis, IN. This is a 10-week assignment with a Monday-Friday, 8-hour day schedule.
Requirements
- PTA experience of minimum 1 year - required
- Home health PTA experience – Required (12 months within the last 3 years)
- Homecare Homebase HCHB Charting experience - Required
- Familiarity with OASIS
- PTA License and AHA BLS
- COVID Vaccination (Exemptions only if not previously vaccinated and signed by a religious leader/physician)
