Requirements

Customer service and cash handling experience
High school diploma or GED

Previous teller experience
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Caring about your community and a desire to be involved.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and promote bank products/services.
Process transactions and pay out funds in accordance with bank procedures, regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
Obtain customer identification, signature, and any other necessary customer information and record all transactions according to regulations and procedures.
Examine cash, checks, or other documents submitted for the transaction to guard against bank loss.
Balance drawer at the end of shift and report any outages to Teller Supervisor.
