About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide kind and compassionate service to patients and employees.
Follow company policies and procedures, government regulations, safety rules, infection-control protocols, and HIPAA requirements.
Assist patients with exercises under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
Set up, maintain, and clean treatment areas before and after therapy sessions.
Prepare therapy equipment and assist with applying modalities according to OT/PT state practice guidelines.
Escort patients to and from therapy areas as needed while following patient-safety requirements.
Monitor patient responses during therapy sessions and report them to the treating therapist.
Maintain therapy-supply inventory and report low stock levels.
Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, answering phones, scheduling, and patient check-in and check-out.
Drive between clinics for coverage and meetings.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Complete a background check.
