About The Position

This is a full-time position at Verona Ace in Verona, VA. The role involves repairing and servicing mowers, chain saws, blowers, and trimmers. Additionally, the associate will assist in customer service, sales, and inventory management. The position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, teamwork, and a willingness to work Saturdays. Stihl product knowledge and repair experience are a plus, and the willingness to get certified in Stihl repair is expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify and determine parts required for repair.
• Maintain work area appearance and safety.
• Identify warranty repairs and document on repair order.
• Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments.
• Repair and service mowers, chain saws, blowers, and trimmers.
• Assist in all areas of customer service, sales, and inventory.
• Stocking product.
