PT Preload Supervisor
About The Position
The PT Preload Supervisor supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The position maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety while providing effective leadership and fostering working relationships across the organization. The supervisor manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; promotes a positive, team-oriented environment; and supports employees' ongoing development through orientation, training, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. /32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and develop workgroups and hold them accountable for safety, production, and attendance.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training for new and current employees.
- Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
- Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
- Implement employee personal development plans as required.
- Ensure employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
