About The Position

The PT Preload Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The position provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

This seasonal role manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency; supports employee training and development; and ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable department, station, corporate, and local government requirements. The position is based in Cleveland, as indicated in the job title.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
